Shipping policy

We offer as many shipping methods as possible, including DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx and EMS, etc. We have standard 3 days of order processing time after confiramtion of payment and orders are dispatched after that.

If you choose to Express internationally, may need to pay tax; depending on your country. But we will fill out lowest value to avoid paying higher taxes. If you choose to Economy Int'l Shipping delivery is around 9-15 days; 9-15 days to Australia. for Russia delivery needs 20-25 days; takes up to 15-30 days to other countries by Hongkong Post. For orders over $100 we usually choose to FREE Express Shipping. Unless you specify Economy International Shipping (excluding Russia).

If the package is not delivered on time, please feel free to contact us first. We will do our best to resolve any issues.

EMS: 10-15 Working Days

DHL:  3-5 Working Days 

FedEx: 7-10 Working Days

We offer free Standard shipping worldwide which takes around 15-20 days.

Orders will be shipped out within 3 days after payment confirmation. These are our standard shipping times excluding weekends. For weekend orders, next working day i.e. Monday.

But if you have any special demands, please leave us a message and we'll try our best to ship the order. After an order is shipped, a shipping confirmation e-mail is sent out to you with the tracking information.

Shipping Tracking

If a member has successfully ordered, you can visit: My Account > Orders, find the corresponding order number, check order status, check the delivery status of orders in the order state, you can go on the website for the logistics company, input tracking number there and you will be presented with the tracking information.
